On a related note, I wonder if anyone has ever lead a major stat catagory after being basicaly a throw in to a much larger deal/trade?

I don't know but Mike Lowell was 2007 WS MVP after being a throw in (salary dump) in the Beckett/Hanley deal of 2006.

I will have to check out the team board comments later tonight. I saw some today, like the one you are talking about.

If they were still around, they would likely be happy to know that I am going to cut back on giving fantasy advice, due to my poor fantasy showings this year.

What those who complain about me on this never seem to acknowledge is that I KNOW that there are a lot of people who know more and better about the game than I do. What was, and kind of still is lacking, are folks that are willing to give the help in the first place.

And, I always gave everyone exactly what they paid for, and, a few guys told me they used my advice to win their leagues.

Now, if I could just start winning more of mine again.........
