Very bust at work, so............., I had to bail for a few days. This time of the year is the worst for me, as, not only am I losing basbeall soon, but, I get to deal with people who have ignored the bills I have sent them for months, only to be really angry and urgent now, now that they are getting notices that we are going to take their upcoming tax returns.

I think part of why the DC thing is not getting as much rep is three-fold:

1) Boston involved kids that were deemed "international terrorists" instead of a homegrown guy off his meds.
2) This guy kind of made the US military look like a bunch of saps for a hot minute. It's a NAVY BASE, where are the "good guys with guns" to stop him before he offs 12 people?
3) They did it just to piss off Hammer.

Anyone see that a preseason hockey game between the Rangers and Devils had more people at it than the TB vs Tex game last night?

God Tampa fans are horrible.

If you think that is bad, what say you of this.

I just read that for the Saturday game between the Astros and Angels, that only 1,000 people watched. NOT that only 1,000 turned up to see the game, but only 1,000 watched it on T.V. According to the folks at Neilsen, this is a record of futility for a major sporting event.

Yep. My job is in collecting money from folks who recently had to prove they had none to get some from us. And, by and large, they always wonder why we want money back when we pay out too much.

Lost in last weeks Marlins/Braves dust up about admiring ones shot, comes this video of the homer that started the whole thing. You have probaly seen this already. However, this shot is from the angle of where the ball landed.

And, it landed in little Johnny Buttfingers nut sack. Ouch.
