I knew they would give this cheerleader a new contract. He's been no better than Bowden and they are going to do the same thing with him; win the right games and get a contract extension. Bowden, somehow could manage to beat USC damn near every year, but come up 1 win short of making the ACC C'ship and they kept him aboard for 9 1/2 years. The cheerleader can't beat the cocks, but somehow manages to win just the right games to get to 2 ACC C'ship games and then get the shit beat out of us in a bowl game. Sure, why not? Give him an extension and let's keep him around for 10 years.

Clemson installed Swinney as head coach in December 2008 with a five-year contract.
His hiring came two months after he took over when Tommy Bowden walked away
after nine-and-a-half seasons at the helm for the Tigers.
In Swinney's three full seasons, Clemson has gone 25-16. The Tigers finished 10-4 last season, capped by a 70-33 loss to West Virginia in the Discover Orange Bowl on Jan. 4."
