Middle of the bullpen worries me, but our 7th-8th-9th combo of Hernandez-Bradley-Rodney has been money as of late. The only guy I truly trust though is Archie Bradley and he can go multiple innings if necessary.

I wouldn't trust Hernandez one bit...in his last 10 appearances, batters are hitting .355 off him, and that's with him being a guy who doesn't pitch a full inning very often.

Rodney has been dominant in the 2nd half, but he's still too erratic overall given his history (you don't know what you'll get out of him).

The key would imo would be whether one of the starters left out of the playoff rotation can provide value out of the pen. If so, that would help tremendously.

Exactly. It's tough to gauge which starter would be best in that role, if we're assuming Greinke-Ray-Corbin is the top 3, I think Walker has the speed & "stuff" to transalte better than Godley for 1-2 innings of relief, where Godley is more effective over the course of a game.

I had no idea David Hernandez was still in the league. Having a pretty good season as well. Still, his track record is pretty pedestrian.

Pretty amazing that the D-Backs' worst starter has a 124 ERA+ and 2.8 WAR (Corbin).

It'll be interesting given their pitching dynamic....they have an incredible rotation, but the bullpen might be their downfall.

Diamondbacks' rotation is really good. It's almost as good as the Indians'. Of course, the Indians' bullpen is arguably the best in the bigs.

Who you got if these 2 meet in the NLDS?

Unless the Dodgers start playing better, I'm leaning towards Arizona. They picked a pretty shitty time to lose 11 of 12. Only 3 weeks left in the season
Nolan with the 3 run bomb and 'Shaw goes 3+, so it looks like Dodgers are going down again... 1-12 in last 13? :)

Doyers are gonna lose again. Are we witnessing a colossal collapse?
