For me, if your programs has been around a long time, you have more than one national title, you have at least 1 legendary coach, and your program makes a shit ton of money and has a huge fan base, you're a blue blood as far as I'm concerned.

It's hard for a blue blood to fall off the list, but Nebraska would be my guess to be the team to fall off. No more partial qualifiers allowed, and no real recruiting base anymore. They've lost all their classic rivalry games, and are far removed from their run in the 90s.

You can BS all you want about us not having a recruiting base, but when exactly has Nebraska ever had a recruiting base? We've done okay just the same.
