Right now, would you take him or Dak?

I'd take Dak every day of the week. However, just to add a little context, Winston is in his 3rd NFL season but is younger than Dak and Wentz. He still has time to be coached up, not sure TPA can do that though.

Troy was laser accurate though, Dak isn't there yet. Dak can throw a great ball, but I don't think he has the confidence Troy had. Of course Troy also was required to get that confidence after getting his butt kicked his rookie year.
