He's on the payroll. He never talks badly of Jerry or Stephen
Yeah , I figured as much. think Jerry gives him a list of points to make. I disagree with a lot of what he was saying. I think they think the roster has more talent than it really does.

There are good players on the roster. Just not enough, especially with the injury to Overshown and Diggs. Overshown was on the cusp of greatness. I felt so bad for him when he got injured

I think if they can add some good players to the team we could be back to a winning team, but the following year is when we could go for it with Overshown back and a 100% Diggs

no the egg comment was for me LOL

He knows I have a carton of eggs rotting in the sun with his name on it as we speak :heh:
Brady to Gronk(#1 target)...Mahomes to Kelce(#1 target)...I've seen a bunch of folks on this board good with WR's McMillan, Egbuka, Burden and even Golden mentioned at 12 because we need a "#2 reciever". I think if you put Warren out there with Lamb, not only would that stress defenses FAR worse than any of those guys, you could pair him with Fergie and run the exact type of offense Schotty wants...if they line up in base, good luck with safties and LB's covering this kid and Fergie. If they line up in nickel or dime, this kid is 6'6" and 260 and is gonna squash a corner in the run game. I get it's unpopular but he would be a perfect fit for what coach wants to do, at least what he did in Seattle

just want you to know. I do have a rebuttal, but I know we both will just down a rabbit hole of back & forth & end up right here again.
So I will refrain.

Not trying to persuade you Bro lol. It's just my opinion. If I didn't feel like he was Gronk/Kelce I wouldn't consider it either. I kicked it back around again because it looks like we might sign some decent free agents. Not top of the market guys, which we don't need anyway, but 3-4 solid starters. If that happens, and we can go best player available, I would argue for that kid all day. If we do like last year and try and fill gaping holes, I think it has to be DE, CB, DT, RB, OL or LB. We have no short of holes

Yes. What i outlined is what I think Jerry and Stephen will do on offense. I think we could use 12 or 44 on a QB like Jackson Dart or the kid from Ohio State and be well served by it. We could also use one of those two on RB for a starting RB(as well as a later pick for a backup). IMO, we need 2-3 WR's who can play, so certainly there. You know how I feel about TE lol. We could use it at LT or RG. We need a starting DE, 2 starting DT's, a starting MLB, a slot corner and starting FS. Plus depth everywhere lol
I am sure Jerry will be all in this year so you may get all of what your asking.

Or we get a top five in next year's draft.

I'll give them credit for getting Osa done and also creating cap space. It's pretty obvious that if we go into next season with a subpar roster, it'll be their choice to do so. None of this we don't have the money bullcrap

wonder if the cowboys have heard about this extension?
I think they spend the off-season Sundays with the families.
You know, if you added up the $7-8M per year they could have saved on their stars by signing them early, we might have the most cap space in the league

I never thought I'd say this, but it might be smart to sit out the first wave of FA signings.
The first day will be crazy money contract after crazy money contract.
