Eberflus has always valued the LB position. Liufau looks promising, maybe Dallas brings back the old 60's term monster back.

If we stay at 12 and assuming the Mizou tackle is gone. Campbell, Barron, Johnson, McMillan, or Golden should be the pick.

These five are desirable players for sure. 3 positions of need. I agree with you on Liufau. He did things that I liked. He should only get better this season . I guess them picking Campbell is possible because they drafted LVE and Parsons early. If I was going to pick a LB at 12 then Campbell would be my choice.. Walker seems like more of an edge guy to me.

I just don't see us taking him. Personally I wouldn't have any problem taking him if it were my call. Not only do I think he is going to be a really good early down LBer and I mean hard core, stick your nose in, plus shoot the gap type guy like we haven't had in a while. I also think his pass rush/blitz ability on 3rd down is going to be better than people are giving him credit for and that is why I think he might be a top talent and going to surprise people. I don't understand see why no one seems to be talking about him as a top half of the first round guy (or maybe they are). I wouldn't shocked if we look back on this draft and call him one of the steals of the draft. Sign me up if the coaches like him.

I think he is a great football player, worth the 12th pick on talent. Only thing that would give me pause is the rumors about his injury situation, much like Josh Simmons. But he is a player.
Knowing the type of prospects the Cowboys like, I think DE Mykel Williams will be at the top of their list at 12, along with WR McMillan, OT Membou or CB Will Johnson

Asante Samuel Jr and Keenan Allen are both FA'S. Both would come in as day 1 starters and I doubt either would break the bank. They would allow the team to still be able to go WR or CB in the first three rounds but not have too

No thanks on Williams. Membou or Johnson over him. I don't want Williams. If think I would draft Shemar Stewart over Williams. I don't really want Shemar either,but I feel he has more upside than Williams..

I'm with you. I was just saying that's the kind of guy the Cowboys look for. They took Tack over TJ Watt not because they thought Taco was better, but because Taco had the measurables the Cowboys look for in their system. Just a bullcrap way to draft

I totally agree.

If I really want an edge rusher to help Micah I would draft either Pearce or Green.

We already have two bigger DE in Sam Williams and Kneeland . Drafting mykel Williams would be stupid AF IMO. This would piss me off

We got Fowler who is nice but we only got him for one year. Drafting either Green or Pierce would allow them to move Micah all over the front seven. I would think the goal would be to try and get Micah in more one on one situations . Micah has proven to be elite at blitzing up the middle as a linebacker. I would also put him at NT on obvious passing downs. To me Mazi is useless AF as a player. The less he is on the field the better.

And your right about comparing Mykell Williams to Taco. Williams may not be as big a bust,but I don't want to find out. Lol.

Pearce has the speed and bend.. Green just looks like a plug and play edge rusher to me. Green has the bend,speed and all the pass rush moves to be a problem. I think it is nuts that most of the "experts" have Green and Pearce going off the board in the 20s. I bet they both go in the teens.

So if they really intend on building from the outside in then on defense I got my eyes on Green,Pearce,Barron and Johnson. I really like Johnson and Barron at CB.

Pearce and Johnson are good. Mybpass rusher would be a strange one on paper, Jalon Walker. He will be a LB, but like Micah and Overshown, he can really get after thee passer. Having great rushers that can come from anywhere really make your pass rush dynamic.
Also, if they REALLY want to help their pass rush...FFS, go get a Kenneth Grant, Tyleik Williams, Alfred Collins, Deone Walker, Desmond Watson, Jamaree Caldwell...getva monster NT that can shut down the run game on 1st and 2nd down and put teams in 3rd and long. If Mazi wants to break out and kick ass, great, but no more free rides
