Tobias I can agree with but if we are talking about very good players on small market teams, the list can be quite lengthy

Is Gordon really a star? No real accolades since he went pro. No all-rookie team, no all-star team, etc. He's more known for dunk contests and being in a bad movie. Tobias Harris has no pro accolades either.

Gordon isn't close to a star, maybe to an all-star. I also thought he was overrated. Dude was a top 5 pick and his ceiling seemed to be so high as well as his athleticism, couldn't seem to put it all together. I will say he is progressing, just not sure how high that ceiling is or if he can carry a team. I think he can be a very good - 2nd but probably 3rd option on a nice playoff team...he gets paid a lot now though.
