Pittsburgh Steelers RB Le'Veon Bell is facing a four-game suspension for a violation of the NFL's drug policy, sources told ESPN's Dan Graziano.

The suspension is the result of a missed drug test, not a failed one, sources said. The reason it hasn't been announced is that the appeal process is ongoing.


No date for Bell's appeal has been set, although it's expected that it will be heard before the regular season. If it's not overturned, he would miss the first four games of the season.

I will take any advantage that we can get. Its about winning. We have a better chance of winning with Bell off the field than on. It looks like the Zeke incident is bullshit. His girlfriend is trying to set him up. Imagine going against two backup RB's in back to back weeks.

More like you dodged a Bell...lol, corny, I know.

Either you showed up for your piss test or you didn't...he didn't...not much gray area there. I'm not expecting him to play until week 5.

Still should be a good game though, the young DEF will be better this yr imo, not as reliant on the OFC, but I'm not as confident in week one now.

Got to agree. The biggest cop out going is, well if Dallas had stayed healthy, the Skins dont win the Division. So Im hoping we face a healthy Steelers, with Bell in the lineup. Until we start beating the "Quality" teams we will get no respect.

Screw the nay sayers. If its an advantage for our team I am all for it. Its still going to be a tough game but a win in week 1 against the Steelers will speak volumes.

Yes but I believe Bell is a huge weapon in the passing game that would of have given the Redskins fits. Yes Williams is a good back but Bell just offers more in the passing game that the Redskins would had to account for.

That is crazy. Whatever gives us the best chance to win is what every fan should be looking for.
