Oh well, we got a point. Which feels like a win at this point.

Wow, it seemed like you were really on board until the spits comment. I wasnt sure who you wanted to win this one.

I was rooting for the Pens. in regulation.
If they wanted to injure a Hawk or two as well in the process, I wouldn't have complained too much.

A few thoughts: Kane is a douche...not that anyone didn't already know that, but I felt the need to reiterate it. Talented, but douchey beyond control. Also, even though we left the extra point on the table, incredible effort by the Pens today. Fleury was incredible after letting in the weakest goal he's let in since October. TK doesn't belong on the shootout unless the only other option is Godard. TK had the game on his stick there too in OT, just threw it too high. Sterling is a beast. That's all I can think of...OH! And please GOD let Staal be okay. This to the incredibly unfair point.

Looks like Staal is ok

Penguins center Jordan Staal appeared to be hurt when he was hit on the left cheek area by a Kris Letang shot while manning the front of the net in overtime. The Penguins already were depleted at forward because of injuries to eight players.

Coach Dan Bylsma said after the game that Staal "gave me the thumb's up when I came into the [locker] room, and I'm assuming that means he's good."
