You need a smart TV or a doogle to get internet , but yeah tons of stuff with Amazon prime
I don't have a smart TV, I use a firestick to get the internet to the TV. You'll find free apps for movies and shows. I don't even want a smart TV as I heard they come with adware and I get none of that with my old TV. The apps have ads of course

If you're truly old school and watch a lot, the Netflix DVD program is still fantastic.

Yeah - and of course you can get just about anything. But the effort to watch what you really want is just a tiny bit more than the effort to watch the stuff you kinda want to watch, and that's enough.

$20 a month to have three DVDs out at a time.

I confess I still have it, and confess that even I'm too lazy to send my discs back. I still have some from six months ago. So I spend three times as much on subscriptions I've lost track of.

We suck as a species.

I'm in love with my Fire Cube. You have a choice to name it "Alexa" or "Computer".

Damned right I named it Computer.

Computer. Engage! :nod::nod::nod:

NFL releasing its own streaming service?
Guess that will end watching games for free.

you should check out reddit, they always have threads for watching sports live via online streaming. now, I'm not going to say whether or not they will be legit or pirated streaming sources, but either way, in a pinch, you can usually find one that's decent quality.

that's how I watched most of the St Louis Battlehawks games in the short-lived other league

Great series that will be marred by a bad call deciding the final game.

@TREFF dont look

unfortunately so...yet Flames have only themselves to blame

led 2-0 in games 2 and 5 and blew both hell they even led game 1 3-0 and luckily escaped that one..

@FaCe-LeE-uS - if memory serves, you work in PT/rehab, any suggested stretches for IT band outside of what I find on Google? Family member is in PT advised heat and stretching.

Happened about 2wks ago, no swelling, but with 2 toddlers, I haven't been resting it properly. Will see a Dr if heat/stretching doesn't lead to improvement.
