The NFL commissioner selects the members of the Competition Committee, which currently consists of two owners, two club presidents, two general managers and two head coaches:

• Rich McKay (chairman) – president, Atlanta Falcons
• John Mara – owner, New York Giants
• Stephen Jones – owner, Dallas Cowboys
• Mark Murphy – president, Green Bay Packers
• Ozzie Newsome – general manager, Baltimore Ravens
• Mike Tomlin – head coach, Pittsburgh Steelers
• John Elway – general manager, Denver Broncos
• Sean Payton – head coach, New Orleans Saints

These guy's need some pressure to back off on these @#$^@ ing calls .... I"m pretty sure these are the guy's in there in 2018, correct me if I"m wrong....

I guess the owners vote, but the competition committee sells it ... 24 yes votes out of 32 passes a new rule 75 percent.. SO why are these rules even being proposed in the first place, QB situation wasn't a concussion issue at all... They're already massively protected... I"m not totally familiar with how it all works, just looking into it more because it's pissing me off...
