He's a 4 and 5* between the scouting services. Had an injury last year I think..... Some concern with that... Maybe why a few schools havent offered yet.... #1 QB for N to get for sure.... Also moving from CA to TX

Dillman has Nebraska in his top 3 right now, but if Michigan offers he's all theirs. I also think Nebraska might be looking elsewhere.
