You don't necessarily need the top or best talent to win championship .....but those that win multiple championships never have to worry about getting top talent

Kids want to play for winners or a national brand right now we are neither. Gotta win trophies or 11 plus games to change this view of the program . the next five years the schedule is weak enough to flex 11 wins and turn recruit heads

Instead of being the "leverage school" let's be the school recruiting wise

Kinda always been like that though. NU just had the coach and the system to make it work against the Stars.

And in state talent was much better or wanting to go to Nebraska over the years in state talent has been below avg or left to go elsewhere
