In all seriousness, I wonder what a simple Go Fund Me page would honestly raise if it was "Washington Commanders Fans Bid".

I bet it would raise a million or so. The fans are anxious, deserve better, and are on pins and needles with this. How many fans will be crushed if Dan says "April Fools" and decides to give it another go? That is what concerns me...this is all a side show.

I can't remember the last time Grap made it through a season without getting a serious injury. His W/L record is good and you know for a fact, if everything around him is right, you can get to a SB with him.

In his time in SF, Jimmy has gotten hurt every other year.

2017--Healthy. Starts 5 games after midseason trade. Looked very good.
2018--Hurt. Only started 3 games.
2019--Healthy. Starts 16 games. Niners make the SB.
2020--Hurt. Only started 6 games.
2021--Healthy. Starts 15 games. Niners make NFCCG.
2022--Hurt. Only started 10 games. Brock Purdy doing well in his absence...

Jimmy has a tendency to get injured, but only in even-numbered years. Not sure he's a good fit in Washington. Your deep weapons would be a bit wasted on him.

Thanks @Niner Outlaw I'm not sure I can do it. Part of me thinks Ron will. I'm pretty sure Heinicke is gone. Part of me wants to move Heaven and Earth to go get Stroud. Dynamic QB on a rookie contract is a lottery ticket in the NFL.

I look around and see Allen, Burrow, Herbert, Mahomes, Lawrence, Jackson. I want one. It's been 10 years since the RG3 trade. He got rookie of the year then Snyder poisoned him. I wouldn't be mad if they rolled the dice again.

Keep hearing McVay might take a year off. I grab him in 24 and allow him to work with Stroud. Its a risk. Ohio St. QBs usually don't do much, but most of those guys were under Meyer.
