Current roster. Watched Cowherd today and him and McIntyre both said Skins have a great roster. Just don't have an owner, coach, or qb. Lol

My opinion is all this talk about RR being fired is unproductive. His ability to do the job is unproductive.

The expectation ( not assumption) should be he will be here and he will again make the choices again because new ownership won’t be in place by the draft . Any coaches that could be hired will be off the market as well as team president’s GM’s etc .

none of that will happen until next year 2024 being next year .

so if I am Carr I won’t come here an organization that’s In turmoil . Same with Grap . You are going to get a Falco or a Brisset or a Mayfield or a draft pick qb and to be honest we are going to get more of the same from the team

Reggie Ragland saying players on the Skins wanted Heinicke is the first sign of a leaky locker room since Ron has been here.

Not a good sign. Up till then it had been a pretty tight ship in there. Ragland went to Alabama. Not hard ro connect the dots.

That makes sense but let me ask this.

Why would a new owner want to keep Rivera as their HC when they know he is:

A. Not a good coach
B. Is in full control of a roster
C. Has built a substandard roster

Is it even possible that the new owner comes in immediately and makes that switch? Suppose it is May 2023? It is conceivable that the new owner wants to stop the damage and get him out ASAP.

I find it unlikely but the past week has shown some SERIOUS concerns with Rivera, his awareness, and his overall judgment with the team. If we are lucky, he steps down...we aren't that lucky though.

He literally told a reporter today that this team took a step forward this season...WOW. Sean McVay on the other hand said that his season was a "professional failure" to a reporter.

For the record, I think the new owner keeps him simply because a new GM and new coach will probably not jump ship after the draft and close to training camp.

RR was too wishy washy the last few weeks.

Tough situation TH went 0-2-1 in crunch time.

Wentz shit his pants.

Looks like few vets are going to play this week (save them from injury?; pissed at Ron?)

I want to see Howell but it could be a massacre out there. Kid has a great arm and good athleticism.

Wentz did shit his pants. Lol. Smh

I did want to see him seeing how we hadn't won a game in a month. Couldn't have been more wrong. Ron was stuck between a rock and a hard place.

I wanted to see him too. The likelihood of going to the playoffs after the two NY games wasn't good. IF TH had played and beat the Browns he was not going to beat Dallas. We all know how it worked out.

It has ended the TH vs. Wentz debate for a while.

Yeah, it was the Giants tie and loss that did us in. Even if we had beaten Cleveland, it's obvious Curl and Allen wouldn't have been able to go vs Dallas.

Answer is the new owner won’t . He or she will want their own people . To be honest we will need a new owner , FO , GM HC and staff in place by Feb . That ain’t happening

My thing is I call Wentz , wince for a reason . I call TH , Falco for a reason .
it’s been said if you put falco’s heart and Moxie into wince’s frame you would have something

kinda like what we are hoping Howell . Now if I start calling him Gilligan then it’s trouble

the debate isn’t about wince and Falco , it was about the trade . Falco was just a message board victim of it

to be truthful RR rode the streak like he should have , falco did his job , wince didn’t and by extension RR . Didn’t

it easy to figure me out , I believe in draft picks and drafting for value

I don’t like giving multiple players or picks for one guy Mcnabb , CDC , or Wince and if we give up more then one draft pick ( 2nd or 3rd) for Carr I will come out against it

I don’t like giving up multiple draft picks for one guy because a JC , Ramsey and RG3 sets back your franchise half a decade if you miss

those things I will come out against

I get you dad, for you it was always about trade. Last year Wentz threw 27 TDs and 7 Ints. He was much worse than that here.

I like TH but he is what he is. It is easy to see why fans root for him. He if fiery and a game but 34 TDs in 29 games is not good. He can move the ball between the 20s. I would be fine keeping TH as a backup.

I have said before with the possibility of a new owner in the middle or after most of the off season who knows what to root for?

draft wise i think he has done ok
I think he has been okay also ... he has hit on some low priced FAs .... not so much on higher priced FAs or trades that I am remembering off the top of my head. He knew when he came here he needed a QB ... he has done a poor job in that department. He really fucked up the OLine this year too, we all know that.

I guess once we see Howell.play we might have a clearer picture, but if I'm Carr or Grap, no way I sign up to look over my shoulder and see the fanbase's hero standing there.

Well Carr can make all the throws and has been a legit starter for a number of years, so I am not sure why he would be worried.

I dont really understand the fascination with Jimmy G. To me he’s essentially the same as TH. Not a great arm and prone to make Kirk Cousins like boneheaded plays at inopportune times. Hard pass for me.

I think Carr kinda undoes the whole Kirk debacle. He ain't Kirk, but he's on Kirk's level. I think Carr was leading the league in INT when he got benched, but he's been to the ProBowl and has had some really good years. Bledsoe said today you can win a SB with him. Gruden feels he should be the Skins first priority. We'll see.

I can't remember the last time Grap made it through a season without getting a serious injury. His W/L record is good and you know for a fact, if everything around him is right, you can get to a SB with him.
