The GM makes the decision period.

I have said that if the GM hires EB...great. How is that complicated?

The season was always a transition year. You are the only one who doesn't get that. You are literally the only one with a hypothetical for Rivera to stay. Rivera must go period...I don't care what else happens. Rivera should have already been fired.

I don't care what you are Brock think because it's wrong. Brock said he doesn't want the GM to even hire the coach. Apparently the snyder years showed him nothing. That is his business.

You are celebrating the 18th overall offense in the NFL and already have crowned EB as the best head coach...congrats! I don't know who our next HC should be because the GM makes that decision.

If Harris is going to be Daniel snyder and mingle in every aspect of the team and act as his own GM...fans will leave...and I will be one of them. I can't believe that you want an owner like snyder again.

who said i wanted RR to stay at all costs? those are your words, and you know it. Gave you the hypothetical on how he COULD stay. Wasn't definite. Plus, i gave you the EB factor, if Howell succeeds in this offense and how it could play out at the end of the year.

if the new GM goes through a complete interview process and he determines EB is the guy then i am all for it . its a big no if the new gm has to take EB and its not his choice

i can live with eb if a decent new gm picks him also.

its not that simple. It's useless to talk about this now b.c the season is not over yet. I wouldn't take the chance on another coach if Howell does well with EB. You're making up your mind not knowing how the season will play out. Which is fine, thats your point of view. Brock and I agree that if Howell does well here, we shouldn't lose EB. If Harris sees winning and Howell do well with EB I dont think he will break that up. Im being ignorant? lol

snyder hired zorn to be oc,but changed his mind and made him coach,a job he just was,nt yet qualified for.hate to see a new gm do that with eb.zorn should,nr have been hired as head coach in the first place so firing him was right.

Gruden got 5 plus season here as HC. RR hasnt even finished his 4th year yet. IMO it was the right move to fire Gruden after the 5 years. I already gave you my thoughts on RR. Not doing it again.
