I think Ron seems like a hell of a nice guy but his career record speaks for itself. I don't know if Josh replaces him after this year or gives him one more while Harris continues to undo and do better and the many things Snyder did not do well. I am still expecting the Skins to get between 7-9 wins.

It will depend on if EB and JDR get offered head coaching jobs from other teams if we do well this year. If the offense does well with EB and Howell, we can't afford to lose EB. He would have to be given the HC job. EB will have all the leverage if the offense succeeds this year, and he is offered a HC job from another team next year. He would be higher on the list than JDR. If we don't do well this year, it will depend on why we were so bad. RR will be gone would be certain.

i think dumbass dan hired eb to replace rr anyway,thankfully he,s no longer here to see it happen if we start slow and look good on offense despite losing.

Like I said EB holds all the leverage if we do well this year offensively. I forgot who did Gruden call the plays while McVay was there or was it MCVay?

This is EXACTLY my fear. If the offense shines, we need to just usher RR out and promote EB. I already love his approach. Hell, I want him to have the job off of that alone. Any player who can't handle it is NOT someone we want on our team any way.

So far so good for EB and Howell. I think the Denver game will let us know exactly what we have in those two.

Move Ron to the front office as Sr. Advisor only. Give EB the HC position regardless of how well we do this year. Simple. Fire everyone at seasons end not named Martin Mayhew. Don't need Hurney, Wright or any other cronies in here. Don't need that many layers between Harris, Mayhew & EB. Hopefully JDR stays on at DC.
