I don't think so. I think Howell is a big boy and honestly he carries himself in a way where he's probably saying, "wow they almost wasted a top 10 pick on Richardson because I was gonna beat him out."

Seeing how cool he was vs Dallas and him addressing the team afterwards, Sam doesn't lack confidence. Just gotta find out if he can play or not.

They gave Brissett some nice change for a back up. Howell knows they aren't sold on him.
