i am sorry he made the plays a qb needed to win the game vs a superior opponent . the game was in doubt and he sealed it and those other games listed he did as well

are you talking about the roughing the passer call at the end of the game? What about his 4th qtr pick? What about the defense turnover from Davis? What about the defense stopping the Eagles three times in the 4th and we had to kick FG's. Im not doubting the guy made plays in that game

this isnt the narrative you put out at the time . you said on numerous occasions that the defense and run game were solely responsible for the wins while falco was simply along for the ride . . falcos roughing the passer call SEALED the game . the eagles still had a chance to win and if he didnt make that play the certainly could have won it . he smartly took the knee and kept the clock moving and the eagles got too aggressive. the other games you dont mention from my post show he did in fact play a major role in those wins

yes it did seal the game. The eagles defender made a dumb play. Caused the roughing the passer call which led to the first down. But the plays I mentioned had alot to do with that win. What narrative? Its been proven the defense and running game had been great when TH wins. OF course, he plays a role he is the QB. In TH's wins what game did he carry us on his back for the win?

Here is what I saw .... the OLine was bad, especially after a couple of injuries. TH clearly outplayed Wentz who ended up being a disaster. The more they played him the worse he got.

TH did a good job as a backup turning around a 1-4 team. However, when winning became became important he went 0-2-1.

I admired TH's rags to semi-riches story. The guy was a game and would fight his ass off. He was limited though.

It was time to move on.

Actually, we were 2-4. TH had wins against the Pack, Colts, Eagles, Texans, and Falcons.

I would rank them as Minshew, Rush, and Brissett. Minshew is my first choice. This guy can win games with his arm. If Howell gets hurt or doesn't do well, Minshew can lead this team. Just my opinion.
Minshew is good but we'd be in the same boat as when we had Heinicke. A portion of the fanbase would swear he's a franchise QB because they liked the movie Napoleon Dynamite.

Brissett is mobile and would provide Bieniemy with a dual threat.

Rush seems like he gets it out quick. I do like Minshew's moxie though.

I'm good with any of them just as long as I don't see uncle Rico sweatshirts all over Fed Ex while we are trying to develop Howell.

dalton is off the board and flacco , to me is a waste

Of the foiur presented here, there are really only two options: Minshew and Bridgewater.

I dont think Bridgewater is better than waht you could draft, but Minshew might be.

If that’s the evaluation, then we are better off drafting a second wb than signing either of those two.

Dalton signed elsewhere already and Flacco was beyond bad last year. No to Flacco.

skinz , this is why you arent seeing big name FA signings
I am all about quality, not quantity. Restructure a few contracts and find those important pieces prior to the draft so you can draft best available, not positions of need. The offense requires upgrades at all 3 interior OL positions, a TE as well. Defensively upgrades are still needed at LB & CB. Everyone blames Turner for our offensive woes but he had a sh*t OL, no TE and sh*t QB's. Dude was handcuffed all season.

I'd like to see Washington trade down pick up another 2nd or more and select Dawand Jones in the 1st and plug him in at LT
