I've been saying the same thing for years!! If/when they hire an authentic dedicated GM, most of the noise will be filtered through that person, the locker room quiets and becomes more focused on the job rather than the workplace, and real top-flight talent will want to be employed here.

The man literally had two of the best offensive minds throw in the towel with him. Very sad. From what I read, he is a good person.
