But with the Range Rover is that year any good? They never had stellar quality records and can become very expensive to repair.

As I understand it, no year of Range Rover is good and battling gremlins is half the fun of ownership. Some people have been putting Ford or Chevy engines in them. So you know they are crap when Ford is an improvement.

I just like that body style the best.

Yeah sad if a Ford engine is an upgrade.

Anyway if you could get the 3.6 v6 in that Wrangler in that Range Rover you would have a great vehicle.
Outside the super early JK's that engine in the Wrangler is very dependable.
