He's matched his point totals from last year while missing games due to COVID as well as being scratched of late. That's a much better team in Carolina than that ongoing dumpster fire he used to play for which likely explains the recent trips to popcorn row. I don't know, it just smacks of still blaming Bear for the playoff loss and when you look at the current Oilers d-corps, they would be better with Bear on the blueline.
