Tough call.

Since the guy has no affiliation with the team, I wouldn't think it's a good idea. Maybe the league needs to make an announcement at the beginning and if anyone comes onto the ice during play, then yeah a penalty. But this isn't the franchise saying do it.

I always wanted it (especially after the rats in Florida) to be a home penalty, but I shy away from giving fans the opportunity to directly affect the game.

When I lived there (Berkeley actually) in the late 80's I discovered Blondie's and was totally psyched when I went back a few years ago and it was still there. One downtown near Rasputin's Records and another near Berkeley campus.
