What was the progress in 2020? Canucks being routinely outshot playoff game after playoff game and Markstrom/Demko stealing wins with lights out goaltending?

He’s basically 2013-era Dave Nonis at this point, coasting on one playoff round. I wonder if he’s the guy who tries to 7x7 Hyman.

We went through the same thing in Calgary, my friend. Kipper for years made the Flames look a hell of a lot better than the team actually was.

Demko covered a lot of warts in the playoffs and then in march 2021. Dont know what happens without clark.

The only progress they made in 2020 i feel was solidifying their top 6 (albeit pearson was still there but podz is his replacement in waiting

The opportunity cost timewise (waiting on oel) and financially (trading for schmidt) sunk 2021 before it began (losing toffoli) Jimbo has proven time and time again that he cant juggle alternatives... no ability to contingency plan ... and theyre bringing him back

He didn't say how he was going to be aggressive. Maybe he might go after the Big names instead of "Who?"

Damn. I remember being at home and watching with my brother, youngest, and my mom, occasionally. Thinking and praying that this doesn't go far into overtime because I have to up by 6 to get to work by 8:30.
