I was sitting in section 417 last night. $52 ticket. Used to be a suite but they couldnt sell it as such i guess because its in the corner. What a fuckin circus it is up there. People were tanked. Women dancing in the hallway behind us. Couple of near fights broke out. Kinda reminded me of the crazy atmosphere that existed back in the day in the nosebleeds at the pacific coliseum.

Dont think i will ever watch a game in that section again … with my wife and kids

My youngest daughter was also at the game last night (I think that was his first Canucks game live). She's currently dating a guy whose dad seems to have some pretty good connections as her seats were in the lower bowl.

As jstew mentioned, coyotes under Tocchet didn't win a whole bunch but were always a pain in the ass to play against. Add a bit of talent to that, and it becomes dangerous.

I know shooting % will regress, but we don't need to win 9-1....5-1 would be just fine.

going back to what andrew brunette said about them after the 2 games v the preds (that the canucks are the fastest team theyve played … yes he said that lol) … i dont think its even that theyre skating faster although adding suter and lafferty and a committed to the forecheck Hoglander helps.

They move the puck so fast now. They rifle passes at each other. Its even more noticeable in arena.

I was thinking at the end of the day Hughes Hronek needs to be split up to balance the pairings but the way they rifle passes at each other cross ice i think the other 4 d wouldnt be able to handle that.
