Ive come around on Willie D ... i wanted him fired in the summer but they stuck with him so why change now ... he does such stupid things with players deployment thinking he is gonna guide the team to victory that are gonna actually help us tank (playing Luca Sbisa for the final 1:42 of last nights game)

Heard on the cesspool this morning that the last team to be shutout four times in their first 20 games were the 1967-68 Chicago Blackhawks. They fired their coach on November 10th of that year.

Ducks got shutout in five of their first eight last season and they waited until the summer to fire their coach. Of course they also won the division (but in all fairness, the Pacific looks to be pretty meh this year so Vancouver is right where they need to be).

So next year we hopefully have Brock who can step into the NHL and be effective along with a potential top 3 pick (in a weak draft class). Maybe Juolevi as well...

he brought up Charas name and then said "Im not comparing him to Chara" so thats not 100% lol
