Weird, since he wrote in his weekly column on TSN.ca yesterday that he was sorry, had apologized directly to those he mentioned (assuming that means Perry), and didn't feel he needed to discuss it any further.

Here's a cool story bro for your enjoyment:

About 20 years ago, I was working on a project and the project manager was driving me crazy. Anyway, I drafted up a pretty scathing e-mail that I was going to send his way, but at least I was smart enough to get a colleague of mine to read it before hitting the Send button. After reading it, my colleague told me that if I feel this strongly, I should just go talk to him in person. The trouble with e-mail is once you hit the Send button, you lose control and that e-mail can be sent to anyone in the world for their eyes to see.

Needless to say, that`s probably one of the best pieces of advice I have received in my professional career.

For the record, that was a Canucks fan comment above, not mine. As far as the treatment of Sven was concerned, I think things could have definitely been handled better by both parties in Sven`s time with the Flames. Also, as far as Shinkaruk is concerned, I don`t believe he was treated badly at all by the Canucks, but other people obviously have differing opinions.
