If the Canucks trade Petey for Dobson 1 for 1 is that fair? Petey’s got the better track record but I think it’s safe to say he’s a risk at this point with that contract.

And then what the hell do the Canucks do at centre going forward?

What do you think they should do? What is the best way for both teams to end their Stanley Cup droughts?

They came close to trading Petey for Necas so even though Allvin has said he wants to tone down the noise that July NTC looms large. Do they wait all the way into the summer to see if a new offseason workout program is producing results?


/regarding the rumo(u)r, it was posted on reddit yesterday as well. Tidy piece of fan fiction that seemed to fill all the holes not sure about the timing of the video coach interaction lol

anyways ... on reddit it led to this act by the mod (douchemod?) ... deleting of all posts related to Petey unless they were in game day threads... a clear affront to freedom of speech i have only ever witnessed on these boards by YOU!!! ... if youve ever heard Jannik Hansen on 650, he shreds Petey every chance he gets ... as he is a Sedin triplet/friend would love to hear (never gonna happen) Daniel or Henriks take on Petey ... he gets similar flack / abuse that the Sedins got ... being soft, being weak, being out of shape ... I dont think the Sedins ever dropped off production/effort wise like this though

I just saw it, didn't go looking for it but still stumbled across it.

Why does stuff like those crazy stories always seem to happen up there? When we trade for Petey, we should include Portzline. He will fit right in.
