I'm doing good, my morning isn't as bad as yours. In pain from boxing last night. Just demolished this amazing chicken steak and cheese grinder. Now I HAVE to work out later to burn that fucker off. I had 8 gauge, but I got rid of those quick... Pierced my labret too, but that lasted like 2 months before I was sick of it. Luckily every piercing healed up nice, can't even tell.

early am: M/W/F = P90X resistance training/Insanity Cardio Abs
late pm: Tues/Sat= Muay Thai :boxing:
Tues/T/Sat= Insanity Plyo/Cardio

I'm midway into the third week. First week was fucking hard as shit. Insanity Cardio & Plyo is brutal , still can't keep up yet.

Supplementing with Multi-Vitamins, Why Protien & Force Factor Nitric Oxide pills.

Diet has been good, NO FAST FOODS, SWEETS OR SODA'S. Lots of whole grain/whole wheat, Brown rice, fish & chicken dinners, lots of greens, low fat stuff.

My goal is to have a six pack. after that I'll probably quit and go back to eating all kinds of junk shit just to do it all over again.

In stop and go traffic, bumper to bumper, I sneezed and my fucking foot rolled off my break pedal, and I bumped some chick in front of me. Luckily there was no damage and she didnt feel like dealing with police or anything. Now I have a massive order to put together to ship to Poland. Fuck this day in the ass with no lube!
