I don't think it had a significant impact due to how many people had already voted. By the point he was attacked for example - more people had already early voted in Georgia than did in all of 2020's election. There might be some people who voted Republican who regretted the vote, but it doesn't seem that empathy is high on the list of things that affect Republican voters. Doubt that many regretted their early R vote for any reason.

I could see it emboldening more deplorables to come out and vote on the day. But again, they were already deplorable so...
