What, did he have his feather headband on?
The judges would have also accepted a white sherwani with gold thread.

yeah, this thing has been going down to the depths with passengers for years. The company has been chronicling the Titanic’s decay and the underwater ecosystem around it via yearly voyages since 2021.
I found this in an article, does this mean they’ve made successful manned trips with this thing prior?
If so that leads me to the question, what went wrong this time?
/I assumed the trip David Pogue went on was just to show how the thing worked and did not go to the depths of the titanic
That makes sense. Thanksyeah, this thing has been going down to the depths with passengers for years.
there was some talk that due to the incredible pressure, it may degrade a bit each time.
Obligatory:

When you buy parts at camper world and use your old PS4 controller I doubt there was much oversight.Yup. That's why you have highly qualified engineers/technicians assess reliability before, and ideally after each excursion. I mean you do that with your scuba gear when you're only doing 10-30m dives. Who knows how much of that protocol was in place with these guys. Because fuck regulations!!
I will say it's pretty fucking crazy that they found this thing in like 4 days.
in reality they didn't physically find it until the deep sea robot arrived last night, in less than a day. So unless they withheld info that they had an idea where they were and pretty much knew they were dead it was a pretty quick turn around once the proper equipment arrived.I will say it's pretty fucking crazy that they found this thing in like 4 days.
Now, about that Malaysian Airlines flight...
Yeah, I know.... but to their defense with the sub they had more knowledge on where the final location was. The Malaysian flight was all speculation after he turned off the transponder.I will say it's pretty fucking crazy that they found this thing in like 4 days.

It was definitely made easier by the fact they knew it was probably somewhere close by the titanic, just still crazy to me that we have that kind of technology available.in reality they didn't physically find it until the deep sea robot arrived last night, in less than a day. True and the area it disappeared is massive but it’s still pretty absurd that with all the satellites and everything they don’t have a single clue where that plane is even close to. Or they do and they aren’t telling us.Yeah, I know.... but to their defense with the sub they had more knowledge on where the final location was. I was wondering if they can estimate from the debris field how deep it was when it happened. My bet, not near as deep as the Titanicit just dawned on my that some of the people who died in that sub trying to see the titanic never even got to see it. they may have literally died for nothing and gave the company $250K for it
The US will if they are whiteI wish the world would give this much attention to everyone that went missing .. but hey. .. $$$$$

I am guessing that it was 1 hr 45 mins in when they lost contact or shortly thereafter if everything failed and they plunged. I am not sure how long it was supposed to take to get to the bottom but I think it was over 2 hours.I was wondering if they can estimate from the debris field how deep it was when it happened.
