When young men graduate high school - mandatory 2 years of military service. If you are a minority, or white with a minority last name, three years of military service. And yes, we are counting the Irish as minorities - your free ride stops now Paddy. And whatever the fuck ethnicity JeffSly is too, whatever mash up of Nordic, pansexual, and lets be honest probably furry he is - three years service.

Women when they graduate high school will have their hips, pelvic structures, and breasts* measured** to see if they are good breeding stock. If they are, they owe the state, I mean the country 2 babies in the next two years. If they are not good breeding stock they are not allowed to have kids and need to serve 1 year of military service. We dont want American baby brains being squeezed by inferior hips during birth. Just one year of military service for they inferior women because not knowing the joy and fulfillment of having kids is a lifelong punishment they will have to endure, at least that's what my friend Harrison told me.

These are guidelines all Americans will need to follow, no exceptions! Unless you're old money, own a media empire, are related to a senator, or pay to have a minority do your service for you - but otherwise no exceptions!
