Gwinnet county still has 400K outstanding, and the county where Savannah is is only 15% in (or around 300k outstanding. Two other Atlanta counties are another 400k. Plus the polls are still open due to the bomb threats in Atlanta.

600k votes still outstanding around Charlotte and 200k outsstanding around Raliegh, Greensborough and Fayetteville.
