She's not using wrestler's entrance music and hasn't once talked about aiming guns at her opponents. They are not even trying to win.
The economy added "only" 12,000 jobs in October. WHAT HAVE THEY EVEN BEEN DOING?

Come on still not enough .... BUT THE ECONOMY!

The problem is reaching the people who think "the economy" equals "price of gas"

Prices are still stupid high, and people are still hurting. But how do you convince people that it's way better than it *could* be?

Well, first step is to try to convince people that major corporations raising prices are responsible for between 60 to 70% of the inflation that we have been experiencing in North America over the last three years. Things have certainly improved over the last 12 months, but a lot of damage has been done.

If the Tucker demon story broke a week earlier, I bet that would have been the top Halloween costume this year.

Sadly "a friend" of mine was complaining about this and I explained to them and gave details about price gouging.
His response to me was ehhh it is all Bidens fault.

I even brought up the fact that Harris has a plan to stop price gouging and his response was why didn't she do this now? :L I explained to him that she isn't the President or congress. Didn't matter to him.

Then I mentioned why didn't Trump do this as we came out of COVID. His response was no one let him.
We know this is BS, as trump had no plan. But as I went on and said if no one let him, what would have changed to let Harris do this as the VP last 4 years? He had no answer.

No matter what you say to people that are ill-informed, I am not sure if you can ever change their minds.

It’s why you can’t even talk to them.

My ex-girlfriend’s mom and I have stayed friends (not anymore) since we broke up over 30 years ago. She’s a huge RFK Jr. and Trump supporter. I once tried to show her that RFK Jr. is dishonest and immoral, but she ignored it. She’s a conservative born-again Christian and just glossed right over it.

It seems like these people, while maybe not unintelligent, are mentally resistant to reason and only want things their way: no Blacks, no gays, no trans, no immigrants, etc.

They see a way of life that might come back, and it’s all they want, regardless of anyone else’s feelings. It’s become us versus them (though it always was to a degree). MAGA has made this divide feel permanent, likely for generations

It's why Trump and Project 2025 want to do away with the Department of Education - They know that their only means of survival and winning is to keep people uneducated and lacking critical thinking skills.
