If these haven't been rough times for you I think you're among the lucky ones.

I suppose complete economic collapse is always on the table but when we've seen life become this hard for anybody who didn't have their entire shit together before 2015 it's pretty difficult to convince anybody that the other guy can't possibly be worse.

And frankly, if anyone is upset that it's a foregone conclusion that PP is the next PM they should be pointing their fingers at the NDP and their insane devotion to Singh and his deal with Trudeau. The man lost 2 elections then propped up the most unpopular PM since Mulroney for two years+ longer than any reasonable person would've wanted him to while shifting the party completely away from its roots. They had an opportunity here and barring a completely unforeseen turnaround they will go down hard here.

A second wave of device explosions hit Lebanon on Wednesday, killing 14, injuring 450 others and igniting blazes across the country a day after hundreds of pagers belonging to Hezbollah members detonated in an unprecedented attack on the militant group.

Lebanon’s Red Cross said it deployed 30 ambulances across southern Lebanon and the Bekaa Valley in response to the walkie-talkie explosions.
