I really think that the Bill isnt even going to be offered a job. Especially if Harbargh takes the SD job. That is the only place that makes any sense for Bill.

Atlanta makes no sense. They are not even close to being a good team and their biggest weakness by far is on offense. As we have seen in New England the last couple of years, Bill cant coach offense. If he takes over the ATL team, how do they improve going forward?!? The same is true of all the teams right now that need a coach with the exception of the Chargers. If the Chargers go another route, Bill likely wont get a coaching offer.
So he should go to a team that has a good offense and ruin it? You make no sense. He's a top coach. Any shit organization will get better with his experience and knowledge running the building.

It's gonna be a strange thing if Belicheck doesn't can't get a HC job this offseason. I'm a little surprised that no one has hired him yet.

It seems that the Falcons are the only ones really pursuing him thus far and ownership is getting pushback from the staff to hire him. Blank is fully on board with BB.

IMHO he should stay at Michigan, and build a legacy, become a legend.

he's already built the foundation, needs to continue on. Him going to the NFL is a crap shoot, russian roulette, with piss-poor odds.

I guess he really wants that Superbowl win, so he can sit at the Big Boys Table at the clan Thanksgiving get-together.

Probably a bit under the radar, but I think a good hire. Callahan has had a lot of responsibility with the Bengals offense/Burrow. Not play-calling so much (I could only wish) but a lot of prep.

A big domino effect could be - his dad is the OL coach in Cleveland - and is highly regarded as well. They've talked about working together for years....if this happens, Cleveland is being dealt an even bigger blow than Cincinnati - who has been grooming Pitcher for a few years to take over at OC (they were expecting this last year, to be honest).

It would be kind of weird to fire Arthur Smith, a guy from Vrabel's coaching tree, to bring in Vrabel who might actually hire Arthur Smith as an OC
that are some interesting facts.
but name of the game should be hire the best "Head Coach" which would be Vrabel in my humble opinion.

He already is a legend though.

Izzo hasn’t won a Championship in almost 25 years. Makes no difference in this state. He’s a legend.

Same with Sparky Anderson.

His QB, RB, OL, DL etc are going pro and there still could be sanctions. Easier to take over the NFL team with an entrenched young QB in place.
