Are you crazy? do you not remember your life as a NE fan before BB?

Think Cleveland browns.

I think it's more of Matt Patricia and Josh McDaniels.

But, honestly, it's the night of a major playoff elimination in which they were just plain overmatched. Let's not overreact. Talent-wise, this is a team that had no business being in this game, never mind winning it - and it's not even necessarily because of bad roster management. They played this game without their #1 and #2 DTs, two of three starting LBs, their #1 CB, their #2, #3 and #~5 WRs, their #1 or #2 TE (they got all the way through free agency and the draft assuming Hernandez was not going to be arrested on murder charges, remember, that happened after most of their roster was set) or their starting RT.

It sucks that they got eliminated, but they overperformed to even come that far.

Way too early to be talking seriously about coaching changes. I think both coordinators did a good job this year. That said, if BB decides to make any changes, he has Daboll on staff already as a potential OC and I could envision Greg Schiano as a potential DC (with his college background, he might be a great fit with all the young ex-Rutgers players on the team).
Just an aside about Josh; there have been persistent rumors out here in NE Ohio that, since the coaching search has been embarassingly slow and both Adam Gase (Denver) and the Seahawks DC (I can't remember his name) have reportedly firmly turned down the Browns, they will take another run at Josh and give him full control. Remember, he is a NE Ohio native and playing for or coaching the Browns was always a boyhood dream. Let's just see what happens.
