I still believe if Vrabel wasnt available, they wouldnt have fired Mayo at least this year.

I wonder if Flores current lawsuit against the NFL will hurt his chances of getting a HC job? He does have a DC job, so maybe they would hire him anyway, but I wonder if teams would be reluctant to hire him as a HC again?

I imagine him not getting a HC job, will have more to do with how he gets along with the brass. If any of that were true.
Owners dont really care for coaches thinking they are equals.
With the scenario that he came out of. Who knows if the rumors of him being hard to get along with are even true.
But I imagine if a team likes him. His lawsuit wont hold any weight to his hiring or not.

I'm of the belief that Flores is a good DC but probably should just be that and not a HC. He may be a Rooney rule compliance interview for teams. I could be wrong though.
