Woah, ND had the 9th ranked recruiting class in the country in 2012. Resurrecting one(THEE) of the best programs in CFB is a bigger deal than breathing life into a crappy one IMO.

Snyder has brought Kansas St out of the bowels of CFB twice.

He doesn't have near the resources that they do at Notre Dame.

I don't know, I feel like Brian Kelly leading ND to their first #1 ranking in the BCS era and their first NC in 24 years holds a candle to that.

Call me when Kelly does it with KSU talent

NOBODY does more with less than Snyder, who ALSO had a #1 ranked team this year......and his best player has no shot at being drafted, at least not at his position

For exactly 1 week.

They obviously didn't handle being #1 very well.

once again......show me the talent they have to have even climbed to that spot.

There is NO ONE on that roster thats a first or probably second round pick. Klein, IF he gets drafted, will have to switch positions.

Show me a team with as LITTLE talent as KSU has, that has the record they do in a BCS conference. THEN you will have a legit argument.

ANYONE should be able to win with talent, resources, facilities, TV coverage, etc.

Kelly would be a bum in Manhattan Kansas sitting on a 3 or 4 win team right now.

Will Muschamp. Everyone assumed another 7 win season. Rookie QB. Untested running game. Winner.

THIS is what I was thinking. Nobody was expecting us to be this good this year. Hell, if it wasn't for those lucky redneck MFers exploiting our bad day, we coulda' gone undefeated!

Voted Snyder. I can see legit arguments for Kelly but Snyder is the man

I don't see how this is even a debate.

The answer without question is BILL SNYDER.

He doesn't have but MAYBE 2 or 3 players that will see the next level. His recruiting classes are outside the top 50. EVERY coach in this poll has more talent on their bench than Snyder has at KSU.

So forget all your homer picks, cause none of them hold a candle to the job Snyder is doing in Manhattan Kansas with no talent.

IDK about Bill O'Brien. What he has gone through over the past year is something that no coach has gone through, and yes, O'Brien had to know something good was not coming. But other schools were allowed by the NCAA to go to State College and recruit his players away from him with no interference. PSU lost some of great talent and some great recruits.

Who would have thought after losing to Ohio and Virginia that they would go 8-2 in their final 10 games, 6-2 in Big Ten play?

I like Bill Snyder and wouldn't be disappointed if he wins, but I think Bill O'Brien is not a bad choice either.

What's brilliant about Brian Kelly this year is that he's not even playing his style of football. He would much rather throw the ball 40+ times per game and spread the field out but he realized the strength of his team was the D, so he designed the gameplan around the strength of his team.

Snyder has 27 seniors on his team. Having that kind of experience is huge. And KSU has never been big in recruiting, but they do very well in JuCo transfers.
