I actually feel bad for Truex

Never feel bad for Truex. He is a whiny little bitch IRL. I raced online with him a bunch years ago before he started racing in cup, and he was always crying about something. Maybe he's grown up since then, I don't know, but that was the only impression I had of him.

Jr on the other hand is way cool.

If teammates are running 1st and 2nd and the crew chief tells the 1st place racer to let the 2nd place racer lead a lap so he can get the points for leading a lap. should he be fined and penalized??? This happens all the time.

That does happen often, but it pales in comparison to letting a driver who is two laps down (Logano) get one of his laps back via a late, planned caution and then having two of your drivers tank to the point of letting him pass them as well, all so that they can get a second driver from their team into "The Chase."

I am actually quite shocked that they subtracted Truex and added Newman, but failed miserably to add in Gordon as well. How in the fuck could you do one but not the other? Gordon had legitimately raced his way in and then again on the restart, but the tanking of Bowyer and Vickers by then had given the spot to Logano.

On top of that, they did virtually nothing to Bowyer after all signs point to Bowyers' spinout being blatantly intentional. Minus that caution, Gordon is securely in the top ten (in points) as he was four seconds up on the next guy behind him with Logano two laps down and having no shot at passing anyone else.

This is why I'm done with Nascar. I'll watch the replays on espn, but fuck the actual races. I'm not taping or watching them and I'm sure as fuck not going to them or contributing any money to the sport whatsoever.

I remember when Richard Childress would have another car qualify to start and park it to help Earnhardt clinch his titles not that he needed the help, and I know this doesnt compare to intentionally spinning out. Remeber when Junior got caught spinning himself out to get a caution somethings need to be better thought out.

These drivers are ridiculous. You really will feel good about making the chase knowing you basically cheat it and did not earn it as you ask other driver(s) to allow you to pass them/

LOL at this shit pile NASCAR has found itself in. Serves them right for coming up with the garbage Chase and also being so wishy washy with rules enforcement in the past. Now teams are finding all kinds of ways to game their ridiculous system.

About the sponsor thing with MWR, the irony here is MWR was cheating to appeal to those sponsors. That's why any team would do it. Since NASCAR came up with the Chase, sponsors realized broadcasters would only talk about those cars that were in it. That's a lot of airtime. So they're only willing to pay for quality teams that can make it and also have contract bonus payouts that are only guaranteed if a team makes the Chase. Just reason 2341 The Chase sucks. It actually makes sponsorship harder to get for everyone.

I hope the marketing teams of those other energy/crack juice drinks are working hard to show that their products won't make you accidentally lose control of your vehicle. And yes you know mikey ass has already been reamed all to hell.

Gordon should definitely be in, especially after we're now finding out about Logano supposedly cheating his way in. He had Logano clearly beat into "The Chase" before this shitstorm took place at the end of the race. Of course, I would've dropped Bowyer as well though, but Jeff Gordon is the one driver who is losing in all of this while all he did was drive his butt off to get in.
