When does Clady's gauranteed money kick in Mar 14th or April 1st?

Sorry for the mess but as you can see we can take our time and you know the longer we wait the more leverage we got .. at some point teams start to run out of cash

Sounds like there are some issues with Clady taking the paycut now despite reports earlier saying he was willing. My guess it isn't that he isn't willing, but rather the amount he is willing to cut.

I hope we end up keeping him but, I'm not against cutting him either if it comes to that at some point. He's missed 2 of the last 3 years so we'll survive. He's bulking because he see's the $$$ teams are throwing around he wants to be cut.

Sure Clady could say in Feb he is willing to take a pay cut but when pen is put to paper and the real numbers come alive he might say "but not that much of a haircut"

Oh Crash. Nobody is saying we are done. We all know we are still trying to get better at QB.

Same thought I had when random fans were teasing me after the Sanchez. We won a SB with very little offensive production though, so I am not ready to be all dramatic about next year right now.

Granted Sanchez doesn't have the leadership skills Manning has which is HUGE in the NFL and most fans don't really understand that or factor that in.

I think his injury history and eagerness to get a deal done - are being used against him in the negotiations.

You can now add time ... It's not like teams are saving $10 mil in money to maybe sign a Cut injury riddled LT just before the season starts .

If there is some league calendar date that applies - Clady's contract will get resolved then - last minute is how these things move.
