Ponder was impressive yesterday. I'm re-watching the game and he showed good pocket presence and threw well on the run. He was also accurate on both touch passes and throws on which he had to gun the ball into his receivers. He's athletic has a good arm and makes good decisions. Granted I haven't seen him play much but I think he's going to be a good QB.

yes, he played well yesterday along with all the Vikings. save for Gerhart

the 49ers obviously made mistakes, but it didn't FEEL like they "gave it away"? it just felt like the Vikings were 'on', that they were fired up to play the NFL's "hot team".
