I believe Kelly thinks anyone FAST can duplicate DeSean Jackson's production. However things change with film.
He's not a one-trick pony, and he's not afraid to get concussed across the middle. One man's trash is another's treasure...

Im thinking Kelly expected to be able to lord over players as he did in college, and any one that didnt fit into what he expected was cut loose. The only reason Jackson stands out in this is because the Eagles had to take a cap hit to get rid of him. I think this year Chip gets brought back down to earth a little. As we have seen, players are willing to shut up and do what they are told if the team is winning. This year should be interesting in the NFC East.

As I have witnessed at U of O, Chip had issues with players. This isn't college Chip. Likely best for both he and Jackson but stating it was purely a football related decision is a bold face lie.
