I disagree. A tie means that the Broncos and Chiefs are still tied in the division.

But its also a concession to the Raiders to give them the division and a concession to say that they want no part of a top 2 seed and the bye week that comes with it.

I would've gone for it. They made like 8 out of their last 10 3rd down conversions so a 4th down wasnt out of the question.

A tie doesn't give the Raiders the division. They would have a 2 game lead with games against the Chiefs and Broncos still to come.
