Kluber has been phenomenal but people aren't even talking about Hendricks. I think it's been 1 ER his last 18 innings. Tomorrow should be epic
Nobody is even talking about kluber pitching on short rest for two consecutive starts. I seriously doubt he's near as sharp as he has been in this series. I can see the Cubs getting to him early.

Anyone notice that on that Zobrist collision at the plate, fatneck Joe West didn't even make a call on the play. Even with Rizzo pointing at the plate and looking at fatneck, Fatneck still doesn't make the safe call. He can't even do basic ump shit right.

I thought Russell learned how to hit 9th last year, second leadoff man, Baez has to take this the right way.

Gotta get Schwarber as many looks as possible and remember, he hit second alot last year. This is just right.

Russell in the 6 hole is ok by me :suds:

Guyer is one more Indians loss away from being WS MVP....for the Cubs.

yah it will be interesting to see.....his last few starts they pulled him with pretty low pitch counts....i dont think he threw 90 pitches in either game...

this is insane....i cant take it.......

the momentum is witwh the Cubs- but as the saying goes- in baseball momentum is the next days starting pitcher....

Tribe is at home- with Corey Kluber on the mound, a rested bullpen to win it all. You cant ask for much more than that......whoever wins this game will have earned it that is for sure.

Kluber threw 88 pitches in game 1 and 81 pitches in game 4....

I could EASILY see Andrew Miller going 3 innings tonight

Dude, everyone gets it. You've pointed your opinion out multiple times. Let's move on.

I'd be surprised if he DOESN"T throw 3 innings.

Unless he gets racked, I think he faces Rizzo and Schwarber twice.

At this point, I'm not seeing the big deal. He last pitched on Saturday, and he pitched about 80% of his normal pitch load. I don't see why he can't go at least 5, if not 6 tonight. Besides, we still have both Shaw and Allen fresh.

If last night showed us anything, it's how different this series could have been if Cleveland had a healthy Salazar (not to mention Carrasco) and wasn't relying on 4 starts from their 4-5 starters.
