If there's anything Hitchcock is guilty of its poor bench management. It's one thing to argue that Tarasenko should get more minutes (an argument I would agree with, FWIW). It's quite another to say he was benched. Hitch just did a shitty job of getting his top guys out on a PP.

I was referencing more than just that though, which does seem to have been over blown. Still the overall TOI shows a guy underutilizing offensive talent and overvaluing "grit".
