Ughh, I'm not too impressed with the job Oates did in Washington.

I'm OK with Neely jumping into the GM chair and I could even live with Claude getting another shot, but whoever the new GM is will have a mess of shitty contracts to deal with, contracts that are going to make it difficult to get that roster straightened out.

lucic is a weird one

guy has cam type presence when he feels like it.

he can go 3 weeks of being just a body on the ice, then for 5 shifts in a row he manhandles defenseman, pops in a few goals and buries a fist into someones face.

They already told Paille and Campbell to find another job so that's a start. The biggest problem with this team is that they don't have a legit 1st line scoring presence. The entire line up ends up having to play up against better players because of it.

Step one is to get a real live sniper to play the wing with Krejci, preferably one with some size and attitude.

Step two is to shore up the D, Chara is getting old and I worry that Hamilton is too much of a pussy to be the number one guy.

BRB, gotta go tell Johansen how to get you to leave him alone.

He's been really worried.

Easier said then done. Everyone wants an Ovie, but good luck finding one.

I'm not pretending it will be easy, but if they are willing to make a bold move or two it can be done.

Pastrnak (sp) could be the guy, but it's doubtful he will get the leeway to roam and create in Clode's system. Same thing with Spooner.

You gotta let the dogs run and Julien is married to his defensive game plan too much for a 40 goal scorer to emerge.
