I could easily nay say this but I am not. Would not surprised if he is clueless to the rebuild.
he has another year but that is probably all he gets. Not much to work with but he has hard time dishing out tough love and encouragement when needed.

Hard to see how Woody can defend the team as "fighters". Watching them play does not reflect much effort is a concern to them. This is their time to shine if they want a MLB career.

He’s a first time Manager. JD puts himself in these positions by doing the hiring. First with the Pittsburgh guy, now Woody. Woody’s kinda in between a rock and a hard place. Look at Baker and Hitch. Experienced guys getting the best out of their teams. Just my opinion, of course.

Well with players on this team I don’t see either one of them get much out of them.
